Turnkey solutions
On a turnkey job we take full responsibility from design through to handover. You approve each stage and never have to find, brief or chase a subcontractor yourself.
We visit the site, measure up and talk through what you need, how you'll use the space, and your budget.
Drawings, a materials list and a fixed, itemised quote for you to review before any work starts.
We prepare and lodge the plans and permits the job needs, and deal with the council for you.
Our team and trusted trades on site, with one project manager as your single point of contact throughout.
Final walkthrough, defects fixed, then the keys and all your warranties and manuals handed over.
